changes in the composition and content of the sample in the column effluent
into a signal that can be detected to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze
the components to be measured. Commonly used detectors in liquid chromatography
include ultraviolet detector, diode array detector, fluorescence detector,
differential refractive index detector, evaporative light scattering detector
and so on.
